I am a certified Authenticity Life Coach through the Authenticity Academy. Through both professional training and personal life experience, I help people process pain, find hope, and move toward healing.
I describe myself as a faith-based healing artist. Through music, books, videos, and storytelling, I encourage people to overcome life's hurts, restore hope, and nurture the soul.

We live in a world filled with conflict, disappointment, betrayal, and loss. People often wound one another without understanding the lasting impact of their words and actions. Unfortunately, many people are never taught how to recover from emotional pain and move forward in a healthy way.

There was a time when families lived in close-knit communities. Grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and neighbors shared life together. Children learned social skills by observing those around them. They learned kindness, respect, accountability, and forgiveness by watching how the adults in their lives handled relationships and adversity.

Today, families are often separated by careers, military service, economic circumstances, and relocation. Many people face life's struggles without the support systems previous generations enjoyed. As a result, people increasingly turn to therapists, pastors, life coaches, support groups, and the internet in search of guidance and encouragement.

For as long as I can remember, I have felt called to help people who are hurting. When I see someone carrying the weight of grief, disappointment, rejection, or heartbreak, my heart aches for them. Too often, people suffer in silence because they don't know where to turn for support. While crisis hotlines and emergency services play an important role, they are designed to address immediate needs rather than provide ongoing encouragement for the journey ahead.

The reality is that hurt is everywhere. As the saying goes, "Hurting people hurt people." When wounds are passed from one person to another, the cycle continues unless someone learns how to heal. The question becomes: Where can people go to find hope?

Grace Notes Media was created to help answer that question.

My goal is not to replace mental health professionals, nor do I claim to have all the answers. I am not a doctor or a licensed therapist. What I offer is something different: the lessons I have learned through my own experiences. I openly share my struggles, setbacks, victories, and faith in the hope that others may discover encouragement for their own journey.

At its heart, Grace Notes Media is built on a simple belief: if something has helped me heal, it may help someone else heal as well.

Two of the most powerful tools in my own healing journey have been music and God's Word. Together, they have provided comfort during difficult seasons, renewed my hope when I felt discouraged, and strengthened my faith when I felt weak.

Music has an incredible ability to influence the human spirit. It can lift us up or pull us down. During life's darkest moments, I intentionally seek music that inspires hope, peace, courage, and perseverance. Likewise, when life is going well, I enjoy music that helps me celebrate the blessings God has given me.
Since my teenage years, writing has been one of my primary forms of emotional expression. I filled journals with poems that reflected my feelings, fears, dreams, and prayers. Yet I always tried to include a path toward hope. If I wrote about pain, I also wanted to write about healing. If I wrote about struggle, I wanted to point toward a solution.

Often, I could hear melodies in my mind, but I lacked the tools to bring them to life. I took guitar and piano lessons and recorded ideas on a small cassette recorder whenever inspiration struck. Years later, advances in technology opened new creative possibilities. Today, I can transform those poems and melodies into fully produced songs.

Some people have concerns about the role of artificial intelligence in creative work. I respect their viewpoints. For me, technology is simply another tool that helps me communicate messages of hope, healing, and faith.

In the beginning, I shared my music with only a few people. When someone was struggling, I might send them a song that matched what they were experiencing. Over time, those listeners encouraged me to share my music more broadly. The feedback was remarkably consistent: "Your music is cathartic."

That surprised me. I knew the songs were healing for me, but I had never considered that they might be healing for others as well.

Today, Grace Notes Media offers music, books, videos, articles, and other creative resources designed to encourage people through difficult seasons of life. If someone chooses to purchase a song, book, or other resource, I am deeply grateful. Those purchases help support the creation of more content that inspires hope and healing.

Today, I proudly embrace my calling as an artist, author, songwriter, and storyteller. Every song I write, every book I publish, and every video I create serves one purpose:

To help heal the hurting.

That is the mission of Grace Notes Media: to share faith-filled resources that inspire people to heal, grow, and discover hope again.
