Introducing The Greatest is Love

This classic Broadway ballad is inspired by 1 Corinthians 13:13. Though there is faith, hope, and love, the greatest gift is love. This song is a message of unity, compassion, kindness, and choosing love over judgment, conflict, and division.

I am a fan of just about every genre of music, including Broadway music. Being in drama classes in high school and college introduced me to the world of theater arts. Today, I introduce the song The Greatest is Love.

As I was reading 1 Corinthians 13:13, hearing and seeing all the sadness and uneasiness of people in the world, I wanted to write a song that would inspire people to forget about the troubles of the world and move closer to being kind, showing compassion to others, and simply loving each other. Love wins over all other emotions. My prayer is that this song prompts listeners to choose compassion over judging people. Choose love.
